Dr. Roger Saint-Fort will spearhead the Research, Innovation and Application (R.I.A.) components with 30-year of university teaching at University in Canada, leadership position, and applied research experience at the academic and industry level. Dr. Saint-Fort has collaborated worldwide including Africa, Asia, South America, and the Caribbean.
